What areas do you deliver to?

We serve the greater Southern Pines area, including  Spring Lake, Hope Mills, Parkton, Grays Creek, Raeford, Linden Oaks, Aberdeen, Whispering Pines, Pinehurst, Seven Lakes, West End, Pinebluff, Sanford, Vass, Broadway, Cameron, Carthage, Siler City, and Pittsboro North Carolina. If you’re located in the general area, but don’t see your city listed, call us at 910-723-4784.

How much notice is required for reserving a sign rental?

Although we can sometimes deliver on shorter notice for an additional fee, we do require a 48 hour window for sign reservations. We want to make sure that your sign looks perfect, and this allows us to do just that! This also allows us to serve several surrounding counties that would otherwise not have access to stork rentals. We want to help everyone in the Sandhills celebrate, rather than limiting deliveries to a small area on the map. We recommend that you reserve in advance of your due date, celebration date, or scheduled c-section to ensure availability! Can I move my stork sign or other lawn sign? Can I attach balloons around the sign? What about Mowing around it?

Please do not re-locate or remove our rental yard signs as damage can easily occur. Please do NOT attach anything to the sign, including balloons. When a balloon pops the sun bakes the latex into the sign causing permanent damage. Also, please remember that upon picking up our rentals at the end of your rental period, we will carefully remove your keepsake sign/baby bundle and leave it for you. Please do NOT attempt to do this on your own.

**Mowing: Please use extreme caution if you must mow or weed-eat near the sign as damage will occur if even the lightest contact is made with the sign.

What if damage occurs to the lawn sign?

If you notice any damage to the sign please notify us immediately (910-723-4784). While signs are durable and weather-resistant, they are not designed for climbing. We are not responsible or liable for any and all injuries involving the sign while on the renter’s property. The owner of the home in which the rental sign is posted will be responsible for payment of any damage to the sign while on the owner’s property.

How do I pay for my stork signs or birthday cupcake sign?

We accept all major credit cards using secure payment through Paypal. Even if you don’t have a Paypal account, you can enter your credit card info for a secure transaction through Paypal. All rentals must be paid in advance before delivery. Personal checks are not accepted.

What does my rental include?

Rentals include local delivery, set-up and removal of a birth announcement sign or birthday yard sign with a personalized bundle/plaque for you to keep.

When is delivery available?

7 days a week, the stork never sleeps!

What do you offer for the new Grandparents?

Grandparents can rent our birth announcement signs too! When ordered alone the cost is $75 for a 7 day rental. If ordered at the same time as the parents’ sign, the 7 day fee for the Grandparent sign is $55.

What about Baby Showers and Gender Reveal Party Signs?

Our stork signs and other birth announcement signs are great for baby showers and gender reveal parties. The baby shower/gender reveal rental does not include a keepsake. Personalized keepsake bundles can be added for an additional $15.

What if I don’t have a yard?

Perfect for apartments, town homes, and hospital doors, our personalized announcement bundles are also available for individual purchase. We deliver these ready for you to display.

What is your refund policy?

A full refund will be issued if any of the following apply:

  • You cancel your sign rental at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Extreme weather conditions prevent us from setting up your signs.

Refunds will NOT be issued if any of the following apply:

  • If a dog or other animal is threatening and/or will not allow us onto the property.
  • The recipient does not allow us to set up the sign, or calls us to have it picked up prior to the end of the rental period.
